Boltarra is a brand operated by DATAspider LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company. Boltarra provides revenue-focused services for home service trade contractors — including website and local-search visibility management (our Visibility Engine) and call handling, follow-up messaging, review management, and performance reporting that recover revenue after the call (our Revenue Recovery). This Privacy Policy applies to all services provided by Boltarra.

- Name, phone number, email address, and business address when you fill out a contact form, intake form, or request information
- Business details including trade type, business hours, and service area
- For visibility services, the access you grant us to your business accounts (such as your Google Business Profile, website host, domain registrar, and social pages) so our team can manage and optimize them on your behalf
- Payment information, processed securely through QuickBooks Payments (Intuit) — we do not store card numbers on our servers
- Any additional details you share about your business or project

- IP address and general location (city/region)
- Pages visited and time spent on our website
- Referring website or search terms used to find us
- Call data including timestamps, duration, and call recordings when processed through our service platform on behalf of our clients

SMS and Text Messaging
Boltarra sends transactional text messages, including on behalf of our clients’ businesses. These messages may include:
- Missed-call response notifications
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Service follow-up communications

- Invoice and payment reminders
- Performance reports (to business owners)
Message frequency varies based on the services being provided and business activity. Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier and plan.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. We do not send marketing SMS without your express written consent. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. SMS consent data — including phone numbers, consent timestamps, and opt-out records — is retained for a minimum of four (4) years in compliance with TCPA record-keeping requirements. Messages are delivered through Telnyx, our telecommunications provider, solely for message delivery.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us operate, including Telnyx (telephony and SMS delivery), QuickBooks Payments / Intuit (payment processing), Supabase (secure data storage), Vercel (website hosting), and Resend (email delivery) — each bound by their own privacy obligations
- Our clients whose businesses you have contacted or received services from — your call data, messages, and service history are shared with the business owner as part of our services
- Legal authorities, if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Boltarra, our clients, or others, and in connection with a sale or transfer of our business
Data Ownership and Retention
- Business owners (Boltarra clients) own their customer data, including call recordings, transcripts, lead information, and the website we build for them
- Boltarra owns its workflows, systems, methods, and infrastructure
- Upon termination of services, client data is exported to the business owner and removed from our active systems within ninety (90) days
- We retain aggregated, non-identifiable data for service-improvement purposes
