These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Boltarra website and services. Boltarra is a brand operated by DATAspider LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company (“Boltarra,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

About Boltarra

Boltarra provides revenue-focused services for home service trade contractors — including website and local-search visibility management (our Visibility Engine) and call handling, appointment reminders, follow-up messaging, review management, and performance reporting that recover revenue after the call (our Revenue Recovery).

Services

All services are subject to availability, a signed service agreement, and payment of applicable fees. Specific service terms, pricing, deliverables, and any subscription, renewal, and cancellation terms are defined in your individual service agreement with Boltarra.

Messaging Consent

By providing your phone number through our website, intake forms, or during the course of receiving services, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Boltarra and our clients’ businesses. These messages relate to service delivery and include appointment reminders, service notifications, follow-up communications, and account-related messages.

Quotes and Pricing

• Service pricing is defined in your service agreement
• All pricing is confirmed in writing before services begin
• Boltarra may update pricing for new clients — existing agreements are honored for their full term

Payment

• Payment terms are specified in your service agreement
• Services are billed by ACH and/or card
• Payments are processed securely through QuickBooks Payments (Intuit); we do not store card numbers on our servers

No Guarantee of Results

Boltarra works to improve how your business is found and chosen online, but search engines, AI answer engines, directories, and advertising platforms are controlled by third parties and change constantly. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, placement, search result, lead volume, call volume, or revenue outcome. Our commitment is to perform the work in your service agreement to a professional standard.

Intellectual Property

• Boltarra owns its workflows, systems, methods, and infrastructure
• Clients own their business data, including call recordings, transcripts, customer information, and lead data
• The website we build for a Visibility Engine client is theirs; on request after a client leaves, we provide a static export of the site
• Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Boltarra’s intellectual property to any client or website visitor

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DATAspider LLC (Boltarra) shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of this website.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Canadian County, Oklahoma.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
